How to Register

For your convenience Rhythms of Grace offers our dance families an online account management software system. Families are able to log in to their account to view and print their schedule, update credit card information, pay their accounts, and more! To sign up to use the Parent Portal, you first have to register for a class for either this summer or next year’s dance season.

Returning Students: If you participated in this past dance season, or have registered for this summer’s dance session – you will click on Parent Portal Login and follow the directions under Returning Students below. If you have dropped during the season and Parent Portal Login is uneventful, you will need to follow directions for New Students.


New Students: If you are new and do not fall in one of the above categories or it has been a while since you were enrolled at Rhythms of Grace, please view the New Students section below.

How to Register Online

New Students

 

1. Find the class you are interested in registering for and click the word “Register” listed to the left of the class name.

 

2. Fill out the information requested (fields with asterisks are required.) From there you will also be able to choose additional classes and add additional students.

 

3. A credit or debit card is required in order to register.

 

4. In the event that a class is full, you will see the word “Waitlist” instead of “Register.” To be entered on the waitlist, please click that button and proceed. You will be required to enter payment information, however no payment will be made on the account unless a spot becomes available. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you regarding enrolling in the class.

 

5. After enrolling, your card will not be charged until we review and approve the enrollment*. We will also apply any discounts applicable. First month's tuition/camp tuition is due upon enrollment.

 

*View the CLass Placement Guide to ensure you are enrolling in the appropriate class or let us know of any questions you may have prior to registration. Enrolling in the incorrect class may hinder getting a spot in the correct class.

Returning Students

 

1. Click on Parent Portal Login located in the top right-hand corner and log in. You'll have to set up your parent portal if you haven't done so before. Follow the directions under the Parent Portal Tab.

 

2. A credit or debit card is required in order to register.

 

3. Click the "Enroll" tab.

To search available classes in which to enroll:

  • Use dropdowns to filter the list or page through the entire list using the arrows at the top fo the list.

  • When you have located the class you wish to enroll students in, click the class and select the students to enroll.

 

4. In the event that a class is full, you will see the word “Waitlist” instead of “Register.” To be entered on the waitlist, please click that button and proceed.
