Mondays and Tuesdays are not currently available since we’ll be using that space for adult dance classes and Bible studies on those evenings.

Cancellation 30 days prior to your reserved date will result in a 50 percent refund.
There will be no refund issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior to your reservation.

To simplify the rental process, Celebration Studio no longer requires a security deposit. Instead, renters pay one flat rental fee, and charges are assessed only in the rare event of damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning needs.
We understand that accidents sometimes happen. Our goal is not to penalize families but to ensure that the Celebration Studio remains beautiful, safe, and welcoming for everyone who uses it. Any repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning costs resulting from damage beyond normal use may be charged to the renter. We simply ask that renters promptly notify us of any accidental damage, broken items, spills, or maintenance concerns that occur during their rental period so that we can address them appropriately. Honest communication is greatly appreciated and will not, by itself, affect future rental opportunities.
However, failure to report known damage or significant violations of the rental agreement may result in the renter becoming ineligible for future Celebration Studio rentals.
Please notify us if any of the following occur during your rental:
• Wall damage, including holes, adhesive damage, or marks requiring repainting
• Damage to tables, chairs, or other furnishings
• Floor damage of any kind
• Plumbing issues caused by misuse or negligence
• Inability to complete the required cleanup procedures
• Any damage, malfunction, or condition that may prevent the next renter from fully enjoying the Celebration Studio space

PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT
1. A code will be provided to you at least 24 hours prior to your rental time. The code will only begin working at your designated rental time, and it will cease working at the end of your rental period.
2. We do not allow the space to be rented for the purpose of holding any kind of dance class. Dance classes in that space can only be offered through Rhythms of Grace. If you are interested in joining our teaching team, please reach out and apply!

Rental fees must be paid no later than one business day after submitting your rental request. If you have not submitted your payment by the end of the business day following your rental request, the payment method you put on file will be automatically processed. If that payment fails, your reservation will be cancelled.
If you choose to use a debit/credit card a credit card processing fee will be added for all payments. The fee will be in he amount of 30 cents plus 2.65% of the amount charged. Don't forget, you can avoid the processing fee by paying with cash or ACH checking account. Rhythms of Grace accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
If you'd like to pay by cash, those payments can be submitted in the Purple Palace or at the Treasured Sole Dance Boutique during those buildings' regular operating hours. You'll need to do this before the end of the business day following your rental request.
If your ACH payment fails to clear, you will have 24 hours to pay the $30 fee in addition to the original fee amount using another method of payment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking.

If you need access to the space a little earlier than your rental time for decorating purposes only, please reach out to make that request. If it is not rented by other party, we may be able to accommodate your request.
1. Do not move the ceiling tiles to hang items. Use ONLY scotch tape or painter's tape to hang decorations on the wall and metal strips of the ceiling only. No pushpins or glue dots are allowed.
2. An adult over the age of 21 must be responsible and present at all times and will be liable for any damages or injuries. Rhythms of Grace is not liable for any injuries.
3. No alcoholic beverages are allowed.
4. Do not scoot tables and stacks of chairs. This damages the floor.
5. For the safety and security of our guests and facility, a surveillance camera is located in the left corner of the room. Please do not obstruct the camera with decorations or other items.

1. If you have a structural problem or need the temperature adjusted, please text your request to 877-764-6038.
2. If any item is damaged, broken, spilled, or malfunctioning during your rental period, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen and appreciate your honesty in helping us care for the facility.
3. There will be a sign posted in each bathroom, but please ensure that guests flush ONLY toilet paper. Do not flush diapers, feminine products, wipes, etc. down the toilets.

We ask that you leave the Celebration Studio in the same condition in which you found it so that it is ready to welcome the next guest.
1. Tables and chairs should be stacked and placed back as shown in the diagram on the wall. (10 tables against the wall behind chairs, 1 stack of 10 chairs in the corner beside the tables, and the other 4 stacks of 10 chairs in front of the tables.
2. When folding tables, please be sure the leg brace is not out of place.
3. Remove all tape from metal strips on the ceiling and/or walls.
4. Clean out the kitchen. (Wash dishes; nothing remaining in refrigerator or freezer; floor swept and clean; place used dishcloths and towels under the kitchen sink.)
5. Empty restroom garbage cans, kitchen garbage cans, and garbage can in the meeting space. Take bags to the BLUE dumpster. (The other dumpster is for cardboard only.)
6. Sweep the meeting room floor; be sure to remove all glitter or confetti if applicable.
7. Use the mop and bucket in the kitchen to mop the floor. Mop with the grain of the wood, and mop your way to the side door so you don't track footprints on the wet floor.
8. Failure to complete the required cleanup procedures may result in an additional cleaning fee of $50.
The rental period includes setup, decorating, event time, and cleanup. The facility must be vacated by the end of the rental period.
Unauthorized occupancy beyond the reserved time may result in an additional charge of $25 per 15-minute increment.

Yes! You’ll have access to a small kitchenette that includes a sink, countertop, and refrigerator/freezer. There are also two restrooms that you and your guests will have access to use.
